TERMS AND CONDITIONS
QUOTES AND PRICING
All quotes and pricing will be valid for 90 days upon receipt of formal quotation. After 90 days a new quote will need to be issued to confirm pricing. All pricing is based upon the specifications and quantities submitted by the customer. Any revisions in concept, dimensions or quantity will require a new quote. Upon receipt of PO Tiger Lounge will confirm pricing in writing.
PAYMENT TERMS
Standard payment terms for Tiger Lounge are 50% deposit and balance due upon completion of manufacture. Tiger Lounge will apply a 3% service charge to all credit card payments.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Occasionally Tiger Lounge will be required to pay or collect certain taxes, duties or fees. In this occurrence the customer will reimburse Tiger Lounge promptly upon receipt of invoice. Sales tax may be required in certain states and will be noted at the time of quotation.
ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Tiger Lounge will accept and acknowledge all purchase orders within 24 hours of receipt. It is the obligation of the customer to review the acknowledgement to confirm all specifications and quantities are correct. All orders will be produced per the acknowledgement unless otherwise noted.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Tiger Lounge reserves the right to charge a minimum of 25% of the total purchase price in the event an order is cancelled after 1 week of receipt.
PRODUCTION LEAD-TIMES
All production lead times can vary based upon the current production schedule. The current lead time will be noted at the time of quotation. Tiger Lounge reserves the right to adjust production lead times based on production capacity at receipt of the purchase order. Tiger Lounge will make every effort to meet the requested ship date. In order to meet our production commitments, we will need to receive all approved drawings, approved finish panels and concept photos by the date indicated on the acknowledgement. All COM/COL’s will need to be received by the requested date on the acknowledgement, failure to do so can increase the lead time. Orders are subject to delay by Acts of God or causes beyond our control (fire, riots, strikes, transportation delays). In this occurrence Tiger Lounge will notify the customer immediately. Tiger Lounge cannot be held responsible in these instances.
SAMPLE CHARGES AND LEAD TIMES
All samples will be billed at 2 times production prices. Tiger Lounge will credit 50% of the sample charge upon receipt of the purchase order for quantities over 50.
The sample lead time can vary based on current production capacity. The typical lead time is 4 to 6 weeks from receipt of purchase order, approvals and deposit.
SAMPLE AND PRODUCTION DRAWINGS
Tiger Lounge will submit CAD drawings within to 5 to 7 business days of PO receipt and approved specifications. All dimensions shown on the drawing may vary slightly depending on the application and materials used. Tiger Lounge will follow the industry standard for tolerances/variation. If dimensions are critical to installation, it is the customers responsibility to notify Tiger Lounge at the time of purchase order issuance.
WOOD FINISHES
All wood finishes are quoted at a standard level unless otherwise noted at the time of quote. If a special finish topcoat or application is needed for production, a sample will need to be submitted for final pricing approval. All finishes may vary based on the shape of the surface and the substrate to which it is applied. Upon request, Tiger Lounge will submit finish strike offs within 7 to 10 days of PO and submittal receipt.
METAL FINISHES
All metal finishes are quoted at a standard level unless otherwise noted at the time of quote. If a specific metal finish or application is needed for production, a sample will need to be submitted for final pricing approval. All finishes may vary based on the shape of the surface and the substrate to which it is applied. Upon request, Tiger Lounge will submit finish strike offs within 7 to 10 days of PO and submittal receipt.
UPHOLSTERY MATERIALS
Tiger Lounge will supply all internal materials that will meet or exceed CAL-117 and NFPA-260A. If you require materials other than listed, please specify at the time of quotation and specified pricing will be provided.
COM and COL
It is the responsibility of the customer (purchasing agent, designer or specifier) to deem the fabric or leather selection as appropriate for the application. The customer will accept all risks, liabilities and responsibilities for fabrics, vinyl’s, leathers and all decorative materials selected. It is the responsibility of the customer (purchasing agent, designer or specifier) to consult with the manufacturer/distributor to determine if the selection will meet all applicable federal and state codes. Tiger Lounge will not be responsible for any defects that may occur from the COM/COL selection. This includes but is not limited to- cleaning, wear ability, colorfastness, fading, shrinking, stretching, pilling, unraveling, seam slippage, flammability, discoloration, cleaning or other unknown issues that might occur from use. Tiger Lounge will be held free from any claims or expenses related to selected COM/COL, the customer will accept full responsibility for these selections.

All materials should be properly labeled with the following: customer name, PO number, item number and yardage included.
All quotes are based on a 54” plain material unless otherwise specified. If a matched pattern is requested a 10% upcharge will be added, unless specified on the quote. All yardage requirements are estimates. In order to provide the accurate yardage needed please submit a full specification and color photo of the material to be used.
If a COL is selected a 15% upcharge will be added, unless specified on the quote. Square footage requirements will be provided upon request. This can be estimated by multiplying the quoted yardage by 18. All estimates are based on a 70% hide usability. The usability can be impacted by the shape of the hide, scarring, holes, cuts and other imperfections. We request that all hides are rolled to decrease the likelihood of creases or wrinkles.
PACKAGING
Tiger Lounge will provide a standard packaging in all cost. All items will be wrapped in micro foam, plastic bagged and shrink wrapped to a cardboard tray. If full cartons or crating is needed, please specify when requesting a quote.
FREIGHT CLAIMS
All products are carefully inspected and photographed before packaging. Tiger Lounge will not accept any claims for freight, warehousing or installation damage unless agreed to in writing. It is the customers responsibility to inspect all product immediately upon receipt and notify the carrier of any damage. Be sure to maintain proper documentation of this issue.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Tiger Lounge will warranty all products sold for a period of 1 year from date of shipment unless otherwise agreed to in writing. This warranty will cover all defects in materials and craftmanship. This warranty will cover use in a normal hospitality setting. The warranty does not apply to any damage caused during transportation, misuse, abuse or normal wear and tear. Tiger Lounge will not warranty any COM, COL or other customer supplied decorative materials. No warranty will be made for loss of use or loss of revenue for any customer supplied material.
